Single-day events

A season doesn’t have to span weeks. The single-day schedule runs the whole competition — check-in, regular season in waves, standings, playoffs, championship — in one event.

How it works

• The schedule is organized into waves of simultaneous matches across your lanes; each entrant plays at most once per wave, which builds in rest between matches.
• One lane box acts as the event host and coordinates the day across the venue’s lanes — including generating the playoff bracket when the regular season wraps.
• The event runs entirely on your venue’s local network. Even with no internet, the full day — fixtures, standings, bracket, champion — completes normally and syncs afterwards.
• Times on the run sheet are projections that re-plan as matches actually finish; the day flows by the queue, not the clock.

Tips

• The schedule preview during creation estimates total duration from your lane count and real match-length history — trust its warning if a field is too big for the day.
• Keep one lane unassigned if you can; it absorbs delays and reruns.
• Withdrawals mid-event convert remaining fixtures to forfeits without reshuffling the schedule.
